An Elegant Proposal at the Meritage Resort Napa | Luxury Engagement Setup in Wine Country

This gentleman planned an elegant proposal for his girlfriend at Meritage Resort Napa. But she had no idea what was coming.

They had just checked into their hotel room at Meritage Resort in Napa and were enjoying a glass of wine. He suggested they take a stroll around the property and they ended up at the vineyard deck. As they rounded the stairs up to the deck, her face was absolutely stunned when she saw that there was a beautiful proposal set up just for her.

A lush pathway of white, red, blush, and peach petals, lined with glowing candles led to the grand gazebo with a "marry me" sign. She composed herself and removed her jacket, showing off a stunning red dress she'd put on for their dinner reservations. He led her down the path, stopped in the gazebo, got down on one knee, and asked her to marry him. She said, "YES!"

They proceeded to have an epic Napa proposal photo session with Amy Little Photography around the Meritage Resort. They wandered the vineyards, danced, drank champagne, threw petals, kissed under the twinkling lights we installed on the gazebo, and properly celebrated the moment.

While all this was going on, I used the key card he had given me to their hotel room to decorate their space with more candles and petals. A bit of a surprise for her after their dinner that evening. A big perk of proposing at Meritage is that you have everything you need right at the resort. You can propose, go to their restaurant on site for dinner, enjoy a drink at their bar, and then just wander back to your hotel room. It truly simplifies the logistics of the day.

This couple was absolutely elated and we were so honored to be a part of their Meritage Resort Proposal in Napa.
